يعلن مجلس الدولة عن قبول طلبات التعيين في وظيفة " مندوب مساعد "

من خريجي وخريجات كلية الحقوق والشريعة والقانون والشرطة دفعة 2021، ويسترط فيمن يتقدم للتعيين في هذه الوظيفة بالإضافة إلى الشروط العامة المنصوص عليها قانونا ما يلي:


1- التقدم للذكور والإناث.

2- ألا يقل التقدير التراكمى عن جيد.

3- ألا يزيد عمرالمتقدم عن 30 عاما في تاريخ آخر موعد للتسجيل الإلكتروني.

4- توفر الأهلية والصلاحية والكفاءة المتطلبة لشغل تلك الوظيفة القضائية طبقا لما تقدَره اللجنة المختصة بمجلس الدولة.

5- أن يجتاز المقابلة والاختبارات التى يحددها مجلس الدولة.

* The Role

Vezeeta’s Product team works to enhance the lifecycle of our patients and deliver actionable results. * Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end roadmap for Vezeeta SaaS while working with the rest of the Product Management team to ensure alignment with application and infrastructure architectures.
  • Create the best end to end onboarding experience for new Vezeeta SaaS providers.
  • Develop tools, processes, and services to enable new Vezeeta SaaS providers to migrate configurations and data from other systems to accelerate the onboarding experience.
  • Establish and manage the SaaS roadmap to enable health providers to quickly realize maximum value from Vezeeta SaaS.
  • Develop empathy for our health providers and field teams so that you understand our health providers and their needs. You will articulate those needs within Vezeeta and lead product initiatives that build solutions tailored to meet those needs as they evolve.
  • Analyze opportunities for improvement and drive change in product, process and services to deliver the best outcomes for health providers.
  • Lead cross-functional product management efforts in close partnership with legal, sales, finance, services, support, product, marketing and operations leaders.
  • Achieve a balance between the various demands of the organization and its health providers as you prioritize your backlog.

* Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree with a concentration in Engineering or Science is preferred, MBA is a plus
  • 4+ years professional experience in Product Management.
  • Experience with digital health solutions, population health management, care management and healthcare data analytics, EMR/EHR workflows and integrations, genomics workflows.
  • Experience shaping healthcare information technology strategy and genomics in complex regulatory, compliance and policy environments.
  • Hands-on experience in migration or a similar program to help health providers move configurations from one system to another in a repeatable fashion.
  • Experience building and operationalizing SaaS platform services as well as familiarity with on-premise enterprise software implementation.
  • Results-oriented leadership skills and a bias for action and ability to build internal champions across the organization.
  • Intimate familiarity with enterprise software services including consulting, education, health providers success and support, and the value they drive for both health providers and the company.
  • Technical understanding in the areas of application performance management, data privacy, and security.
  • Fluency with the sales process in an enterprise software environment and ability to build credible rapport with both sales leaders and sales engineers globally.
  • Ability to engage in difficult conversations with health providers and internal stakeholders with sensitivity and determination and achieve results.
  • Curiosity and desire to continually improve all facets of the product life cycle from the health providers perspective as well as other stakeholders.
  • Fluency with data analysis coupled with the ability to produce insights that inform strategic decision making.

    What you'll be doing 

    At Chalhoub, we build iconic brands together. Our Senior Brand Manager is responsible for defining and driving the “offer” and purchasing strategy for different products categories and brands. The job holder is also responsible for defining the action plan for the categories, merchandising, promotional activities, prices and negotiations.

      Strategical:

    • Develop the business plan of the Department in line with the strategic objectives of the Brand.
    • Formulate and communicate the Department performance objectives and continuously monitor progress and alignment towards strategic objectives.

    Managerial:

    • Develop the Department policies and procedures in order to ensure the fulfilment of organizational requirements.
    • Oversee the operations of the Department, provide expertise, encourage teamwork and facilitate related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards and staff pride in contribution.
    • Monitor the yearly budget of the Department and control expenditure to ensure optimal use.

      Operational:

    • Define the offer strategy for the stores in the designated area in alignment with the brand’s values.
    • Validate the strategy with the GM/Captain.
    • Negotiate annual commercial agreements and the commercialization of advertising spaces with the brands.
    • Drive the development of the margin and the budgetary objectives.

    • Category Performance Management:
    • Benchmark current performance vs. the competition and the peer market.
    • Create different tools to improve the categories’ performance.
    • Category Management:
    • Manage segmentation, seasonal activities, action plans for the stores; follow up on the results.
    • Manage the existing catalogue, optimizing on the mix at the points of sale.
    • Identify the products with potential and research new products.
    • Develop a wide range of services (skincare – make up – lessons – etc.) to be adapted to each category.
    • Prepare the periodic category reviews.
    • Supplier Relations:
    • Create partnerships with the brands and follow up on the results.
    • Handle the negotiations with existing and potential partners.
    • Optimal Strategy Implementation:
    • Optimize the merchandising plan and the allocation of space vs. the volume of margin.
    • Develop new merchandising aids, tools, and new concepts.
    • Coordinate new openings (Brands/Merchandising/Promotions) or refitting of sales areas.
    • Register newly imported brands to the market, in compliance with the regulations of each country.
    • Pricing Policies of Brands and Categories:
    • Benchmark current pricing vs. the competition and the peer market.
    • Recommend adjustments on the pricing policy to the GM/Captain.
    • Brands Promotions:
    • Handle the production of the annual calendar for the brands promotions, launches, etc.
    • Assess the requirements and coordinate with relevant internal/external stakeholders (Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Suppliers, Category Managers and Logistics).
    • Negotiate with suppliers for the stock returns (discontinued and slow movers).

     Team Management:

    • Assign individual objectives for employee performance management purposes, manage performance, empower staff, and provide formal and informal feedback in order to support professional development and maximize performance.


    What you'll need to succeed 

    -University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any relevant field.

    -Fluent English .

    - 3 years of relevant experience as  Senior Brand Manager in FMCG background or commercial Role.
