"Customer Service Agent"
To provide assistance to passengers at our airport lounges in a timely and courteous manner.
Customer Service Team Leader/ Supervisor
* Ensure smooth running of the lounges with reference to hospitality, operations and
team management.
* Respond to customer queries or requests and provide solutions.
* Uphold the quality of service and brand reputation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree
* Prior experience in the hospitality industry.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Fluency in either Russian, German, French, Czech or Italian is a must. English would be a plus.
* Basic computer skills.
