The Role

The HR Business Partner will oversee all human resources operations in our E-Pharmacy business unit and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management. You will communicate with senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and culture.

Responsibilities

  • Create the best-in-class employee experiences and continuously develop the Human Resource Department.
  • Oversee the implementation of the Human Resource services and identify opportunities for improvement and resolve problems.
  • Ownership and continuous development of the employee onboarding process.
  • Coach senior managers to build leadership capabilities as the advisor.
  • Work hand to hand with the Central People team and partner with executive managers and co BPs to develop and execute people strategies and deliver results.
  • Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve attraction, performance, retention and engagement.
  • Develop and implement HR, procedures, policies and processes for the 360-employee life cycle. Conduct a continuing study of all Human Resource policies and practices to keep management informed of new developments.
  • Lead the development of the department goals and objectives, providing leadership for the strategic planning.
  • Change management and help employees to accept the change.
  • Be an ambassador of the HR scene in the middle east.
  • Participate in executive, management and company staff meetings to support the company’s vision to achieve strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology from the top universities.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources as a Generalist.
  • Operational and strategic experience.
  • Presentation skills and a good communicator.
  • A dynamic achiever, ready to get involved and take the department to a new level of excellence, to ensure a successful and amazing experience for the customers.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic.
