Main Responsibilities

Scope Of Responsibilities:

  • Full Account Level responsibilities responsible for the successful implementation of Flairstech projects, with high complexity, within a customer network.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with project team, to implement large, complex projects and programs within a Customer Network, e.g. in service network consolidations, competitor rips etc, or a large volume of various size projects and solutions involving 3rd party products / applications.
  • Manufacturing, develops the project.
  • Oversees and ensures proper planning to meet Our forecasts. 
  • Makes certain that deviations to the project schedule are investigated and properly followed up.
  • Ensures proper contact with customers relating to field project activities.
  • Works closely with Developers on project implementation within Services Organization.
  • Partners with internal and external customers to translate requirements into structured and executable tasks and milestones.
  • Facilitate communication between internal groups, internal functions, and customers as necessary in support of the project execution.
  • May be required to contribute to process management optimization efforts associated with project management.
  • Document and communicate project status, obstacles and resolutions to management. 
  • Accountable for developing and coordinating carefully designed and approved action plans to successfully complete projects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all aspects of the project.
  • Assure all parties maintain close communication and coordination regarding project status and milestones.
  • Maintain project schedules and report to Management regularly or as agreed.
  • Provides a leadership role for the work group through advanced knowledge.

**Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field from a college or university with 6-8 years related experience.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advance degree preferred.
  • PMP Certified preferred.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

  • Analyze and assess the business needs of the client to find the best solution. Overall strong analytical and problem-solving skills are highly important for this role.
  • Ability to participate in design and architecture of the project, previous experience in system design is a great advantage.

Your responsibilities as a Technical Support:

* The Role

The engineering department at Vezeeta is having highly skilled technology engineer with business knowledge and technical expertise to implement strategies, evaluate processes, and build upon an infrastructure that supports the ever-changing needs of our customers. In this role, you will work with different systems, designing, developing, and integrating them at every stage of the life cycle. Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site daily ITIL-based service desk operations to include customer incident management, problem management escalation, resolution, and interface with higher technical levels for efficient and timely server, client, application, and infrastructure issues.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and resolve them in a professional, timely, and customer-centric manner.
  • Configure and deploy systems, both laptops, and virtual desktops.
  • Implement procedures and proactively manage and maintain service request tickets.
  • Provide Technical consultations to the operational teams.
  • Perform telephone system moves/adds/changes as required.
  • Define and document best practices, solution, and support procedures.
  • Supervise IT Asset management.
  • Maintain Call Center Solution, VoIP Solutions, and any related equipment, services.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new users.
  • Provide occasional after-hours support for infrastructure related emergencies as well as occasional weekend maintenance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other field.
  • 0-2 years of experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.
  • Experience providing first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software and application problems.
  • CCNA and MCSE certification is a strong plus.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, ideally demonstrated through a previous service-industry.
  • Proactive follow-up, effective problem resolution, and end-to-end ownership of the problems is required.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Working knowledge with Microsoft Windows, MacOS and Office365
  • Experience with help desk software.
  • PBX servers, VoIP device, and IP Phones Configuration and Troubleshooting knowledge will be considered a plus.
  • Strong oral communication and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Positive, self-motivated individual who can complete tasks independently.
