YOUR ROLE

• Execute and support in market, client, and customer reporting as well as participate in basic or advanced data analysis activities in Marketing & Sales, such as (non-exhaustive examples): Market Share / Brand Management / Competitor-Customer Analysis / Promotions / Market Development / Launch Control / Sales Effectiveness Analysis / Pricing Analysis / Client-Channel Turnover / Profitability.

• Prepare ad-hoc reports that are used for decision making purposes by global process owner.

• Support and cooperate in harmonization initiatives & migration project.

• Test & analyze necessary changes and advise on future steps in adherence with the guidelines of Henkel's framework and the MSI (Marketing & Sales Intelligence) team.

• Handle projects related to system enhancements and process improvement.

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any relevant study.

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.

• Fluent English Speaker.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• High level of data analytical skills as well as adequate communication and presentation capabilities.

• Assist the Category Manager in developing and implementing the brand's strategy.

• Maintain and develop the brand's equity by utilizing ATL & BTL initiatives.

• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies regarding product development.

• Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and monitor consumer reactions.

• Identify risks and opportunities in order to take the brand further.

• Manage marketing campaigns across TV, digital, and online platforms.

• Research consumer markets and stay up-to-date with customer trends.

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant study.

• Maximum of 2 years of relevant brand management experience.

• Fluent English speaker.

• Proficient user of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Ability to communicate with internal & external stakeholders in an effective manner.
