*Duties & Responsibilities
• Prepare all hardware equipment in store PC, POS, scales, printers and price checker.
• Monitor Performance PC, POS, scales, printers, price checker & PDA.
• Maintain regular hardware issue.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
• Install and maintain all retail applications in store level.
• Act as first level of support of network and connection issues.
• Admin CCTV equipment.
• Admin attendance devices.
• Preventive Maintenance IT Equipment in stores.
• Admin IT WHS.
• Control and monitor IT inventory.
