Introduction

STA designs cross portfolio solution recommendations, applying their broad technical skills, industry knowledge and business acumen expertise. STA helps company and clients envision the desired business outcomes that can be achieved through digital reinvention and realized through the Company’s hybrid cloud solutions, innovative capabilities, and partnership. STA designs solutions and drive software technical innovation and sales revenue.

Your role:

• Provide architectural and technical leadership.
• Translate client business and technical requirements into solution requirements, architecture and     solution design.
• Review the implementation with the team leaders to make sure the team doesn’t deviate from the     original designs
• Collaborate with all development squads to determine best practices and requirements for         software.
• Lead the technical validation process with clients, including solutions presentations and     demonstrations, demos, technical deep dive sessions, workshops, proofs of concept (PoCs),   MVPs, etc.
• Demonstrate expertise and technical leadership by sharing knowledge and experiences, both     externally and internally
• Troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace.
• Ensure software and infrastructure security.
• Supports and develops software engineers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities.
• Optimizing applications for maximum speed, scalability and security.
• Interface with clients and translate business requirements and objectives into technical applications and solutions.
• Develop and architect lifecycle of projects working on different technologies and platform

• Apply modern solution architectures to Achieve the following

* Application Modularity
* Application hotfixes
* Easy Packaging and distribution of the application to customer including new release updates     and migrations
* Support on-premise deployment as well as on-cloud deployment
* Quick development of new features weeks instead of months
* Support enterprise large customer as well as small and medium customers
* Road map to keep system up to date with new released technologies
* Improve our continuous application development process
* Train the development team and support functions on new development methodologies serve the above goals

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS, IT, Engineering or relative field, or equivalent technical certificates.
• Professional software development experience in Laravel, .NET, PHP, Node.js or Express.js.
• Proven experience in asynchronous web programming with experience in Angular 8, Vue.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML.
• 8+ years of experience working in Software development and system architect as engineer, consultant, or solutions architect or in a relevant role and at least 3 years of experience working as a Software Architect is expected
o Proven experience in Software Solution and IT Architecture work, such as
o Understand business and technical problems, formulate hypotheses and test conclusions to influence solution design
• Certificate in solution architect certificate is plus
• Software security certificate, like the CSSLP certificate or equivalent is plus
