Job Purpose

The Program Lead’s purpose is to lead individual, multi-disciplined transformational programs, with direct accountability for delivery across the Europe, UKI & NAMETRUB Regions.  Applying both waterfall and agile methodologies, As Program Lead, you will have end-to-end accountability for project delivery from ideation to handover to BAU, ensuring project delivers as planned with a focus on meeting programme commitments through strong leadership and pragmatism.

Job Responsibilities

You will be a key part of a diverse and strategically important team that prides itself to provide innovative solutions in high-profile, complex programs on behalf of our clients and to bring inventive new approaches to our services and existing ways of working. Working alongside colleagues from the wider Europe, UKI & NAMETRUB Regions Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to the following:

  • Lead a matrix-team of multi-talented people from across geographical locations, cultures, and organizations.

  • Overall Program Management of a high profile, multi-workstream, global program

  • Own the EX-Hub Transformational program roadmap, detailing all key workstreams and their ownership, activities, and milestones at multiple levels

  • Establish and manage program plans for a range of workstreams and activities, managing their delivery across the program.

  • Holding stakeholders (including external consultants and other strategic partners) to account on delivery quality, time, scope, and cost

  • Lead communication of decisions, regular updates, and relevant information to stakeholders including but not be limited to, overall plan, progress against milestones, risks & mitigations, financials.

  • Drive discovery workshops as required with the project team and other key stakeholders e.g., project definition, employee journey mapping

  • Centralize & mitigate risks in central repository log, ensuring rigor documentation with mitigation actions and ownership

  • Spearheading product discovery and take charge of business case drafting and approval from executives to progress towards delivery

  • Promote the use of digital tools over manual processes and handoffs

Job Qualifications

Educational & Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, Master’s/MBA preferred

  • 5-8 years’ experience and proven track record in leading large complex programs in multinational fast paced organizations towards successful BAU

  • Proven track record in leading on multiple portfolios/ programs traversing across cross functional teams with multi geographical locations

  • Ability to work with ambiguity, very rigor with scope identification and methodology adaptation whether waterfall or Agile.

  • Ability to setup flawless governance models for different avenues; from internal alignments till executive communications

  • Excellent business analysis skills, ability to draft requirements clearly, constructs backlogs and comfortable with epic/feature/user story hierarchy.

  • Experience of working in a highly matrixed, Agile organization

Technical Qualifications

  • Fluency in English Language (written and spoken)

  • Demonstrated Experience in running projects to success using either waterfall and/or agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) working with SAFe is a huge plus

  • Delivery orientated programmer management certifications are required.

    • PMP or PRINCE 2 is a must

    • CSM or PSM is a must

    • CSPO is a plus

    • Leading SAFe 5.0 is a plus

    • Other relevant certifications are a plus

Behavioral Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially when working with remote team members and stakeholders

  • The ability to build strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and vendors

  • A dynamic approach to leading matrix teams, with a drive towards team empowerment and self-sufficiency
