Requirements:
· Bachelor degree in accounting.
· Professional accounting qualification e.g. CPA, CIMA, CA, ACCA is preferred.
· 5 years of experience in AR
· Experience of accounting within Malls Management is a must.
· Experience in cash management.
· Proficient use and command of computer (office: word-excel-power-point), internet surfing.
· Good analytical skills.
· Knowledge of and ability to apply international accounting standards and ERP systems.
· Knowledge of and ability to adhere to internal controls.
· Vigilance and detail oriented.
· Strong communication skills.
· Strong time management capabilities.
· Excellent command of the English language.
